Grading criteria inspections are scored 100 and below. The higher the score, the fewer violations at the time of inspection. More information about food safety and the grading criteria is available on the Food Safety page.
Please note sanitation report scores are determined by routine or permit inspections only. Scores are not given or changed during re-inspections or follow-up inspections. All scores given during a routine or permit inspection remain unchanged until the next routine or permit inspection is conducted upon the food service facility.
The food inspection grading criteria are as follows:
