Please keep an eye on our website and social media channels for when we will re-open these spaces for community meetings and events. The safety of our staff, patrons, and community partners is our first consideration during these tough times.
The meeting spaces in the Farmers Branch Manske Library are primarily for the use of Library programs that promote Library services, or by the City of Farmers Branch for City sponsored events. When a meeting room is not in use by the Library or a City department, the meeting spaces are available on a first come, first served basis to outside groups,organizations, or individuals.
You can apply to reserve a meeting space at the Library Circulation Desk or by printing and completing the documents below under Meeting Space Reservation Documents.
The Meeting Room is a large, multi-purpose room with a capacity of 100 individuals. This space contains a performance stage, AV system, a 150" rear projector, portable dry erase boards, and access to chairs and tables as needed.
The Conference room is small meeting space with a capacity of 24 individuals. The space contains a conference table, glass dry erase board, and 65" flat screen with Web link and HDMI connections.
