Celebrate the Birth of our Nation with a patriotic display. Come peruse the store to see 1920s merchandise you could have purchased for your Independence Day party. Items include patriotic ready-made decorations, create-your-own crafts, costumes, glassware, and even baked goods.
The General Store was the cornerstone for any community. It not only offered a great variety of merchandise, food, and necessities in a one-stop shop setting, but it also served as a meeting place where people congregated regularly to socialize and conduct business.

Bring your own picnic (cold treats will be for sale) and enjoy the sunset. Texas Astronomical Society of Dallas will provide a variety of telescopes for viewing the moon, Jupiter with its many moons, Saturn, Open Star Clusters, Globular Star Clusters, Double Stars and Planetary Nebulae. In addition, participants are encouraged to bring their own telescopes. Family Friendly
Molecular Gastronomy Workshop with Yeli

Molecular gastronomy is the mix of food science and culinary arts together. Join us as we apply food science techniques to produce delicious and unique dessert options. We will explore liquid nitrogen, spherification, CO2 in foods and more. This class will be a mix of demos and hands on experiences for everyone. Everything we make….we eat! Ages 16 and up.
